Introduction

A nice side dish for holiday feast that is figure friendly. I think it contained way to much mushrooms and onions and I would have liked if it was more together. Perhaps adding an egg or even some egg whites or egg substitute would have made this dish better than it was. My Family loved it so I am sharing it. 1 Cup Finely Diced Granny Smith Apple

Tips

I would cut back on 1 cup of mushrooms, peel my apples and add in 1 Egg-lands best egg, egg substitute and or egg whites to help keep it together for easier cut and serve capability.
