Ingredients

    green peas (kroger), 4 cup (
    green beans (kroger), 4 cup
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    ground sausage, 12 oz
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    de boles rice spirals gluten free noodles, 8 oz

Tips

This is listed as side dish, but I use it as my main dish for lunches or dinners. I eat one serving of this dish and eat 1cup of applesauce or 1-2 pieces of whole fruit. Makes a great meal full of a variety of fruits and veggies. I'm usually pretty full. You can substitute other ground beef, turkey, chicken if you like and of course it will change the dietary info.


Directions

throw all veggies into a microwave safe container and steamcook veggies in microwave about 6-8 minutes
(I do not add water), put box of noodles in pot and boil noodles until desired cooked state. you can microwave or pan fry your sausage until fully cooked. Drain sausage. Drain noodles. MIx veggies, noodles, sausage and add olive oil. You can add seasonings for additonal flavor
