Introduction

This is the recipe from the booklet that came with my new Belgian Waffle Maker. This is the recipe from the booklet that came with my new Belgian Waffle Maker.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/8 cup sugar
    4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ones, stir until smooth and even. Bake with your waffle make for approximately 3 minutes for each waffle.

Serving Size: Makes 4 full size Belgian Waffles
