Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    20 oz. of lean, ground turkey breast
    2 cans of black beans
    1 can of diced tomoatoes
    1 can of Rotel tomatoes (spicy if you like)
    1 small can of corn
    1 onion
    1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing/Seasoning Mix
    1 packet of Taco Seasoning

Directions

- Brown turkey and onion
- while meat and onion are browning, in a large pot, combine all contents of canned goods with powdered mixes. Do not drain canned good, pour all contents into pot.
- drain turkey meat and then add to pot
- let cook on medium until done (about 15 or 20 minutes)
