Ingredients

    -canned whole potatoes, Happy Harvest (3
    potatoes/154 grams), 1 serving
    -Aldi margarine tub-1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    -Milk, 3.25%, 1 tbsp
    -Garlic, 1 tsp
    -Salt, 1 dash

Tips

this is for low maintenance cooking of course it would taste better if boiled. You can also add a low fat cheese to jazz them up more. Low fat or Skim milk can be used as well.


Directions

cook potatoes in the microwave for about 2 minutes. Add margarine, milk and garlic and mash with a fork until desired consistency. Salt to taste (if desired)
