1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c quick cook oats
1/4 c mini semisweet chocolate chips
Tips
For a dairy free version, omit the chocolate chips or use vegan chips.
Directions
Blend bananas, applesauce, eggs, and agave nectar. Add vanilla. Add flour, salt, and soda. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Scoop into 18 muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
