Ingredients

*Barilla - Whole Grain Pasta, Medium Shells, 112 gram(s)
* Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
* Goat Cheese, Soft, 4 oz, crumbled
* Garbanzos/Chick Peas - Bush's Canned, 1.75 cup
* Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp
* Lemon juice, 3 tbsp
* Garlic, 2 cloves
* Hearts of Palm, 3 pieces
* Fresh Dill, 1/4 cup
* Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
Tips
Can be made prior to serving and chilled in refrigerator so that the flavors meld.
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and rinse with cool water.
Combine pasta, onions, chick peas, and dill in large bowl and toss.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic and salt. Stir with a whisk. Drizzle over pasta mixture and gently toss to coat.
Crumble goat cheese and sliced palm hearts over salad. Serve over lettuce leaves.
Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 Servings
