Ingredients

3 1/2 cups almond meal (I use trader joe's)
1/2 cupFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), = 8 tbsp
1/2 Coconut Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
5 Egg - jumbo
1 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Water
Directions
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
Then, add all wet ingredients in another bowl and mix.
Then combine all ingredients together mixing so everything is thoroughly blended. Put the dough in a standard loaf pan.
Cook at 300 degrees for around 50 to 60 minutes
depending on your oven.
Let cool on a rack till room temp.
Serving Size: Makes 20 1/4 inch pieces
