Ingredients

    6 carrots
    2 parsnips (6" long)
    1 dash salt
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tsp
    1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Peel the carrots and parsnips and cut into strips (like french fries).

Boil until tender. Drain. Add butter, dill weed and lemon juice

Makes 3 servings (1/2 cup each approx)
