Ingredients

    One Bottle Frank's Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce (12 ounces)
    4 large FROZEN chicken breasts, no skin, no bone
    Butter - optional

Tips

Great to throw in the crockpot in the morning before work and come home to a quick, simple, low carb meal!
Adding Butter to make sauce creamier but also adds calories. Some people add one pkt of the powdered Ranch Dressing, but this also adds lots of calories and fat. I modified this recipe for my diet and it is perfect for low carb dieters on Atkins and is Induction Friendly!


Directions

Place Frozen Chicken breasts in Crockpot
Cover with one bottle Frank's Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
removed from crockpot, shred with 2 forks and return to crockpot for 30 mins.
