Introduction

Ingredients

    Celery 3 stalks chopped
    Onion 1 mediom chopped
    Carrots 5 medium chopped
    Lentils (dry) 1/2 cup
    Barley (dry pearled) 1/2 cup
    Oregano 1 tsp
    8 Cups Beef (or Veg)
    2 cloves minced garlic

Tips

Add a dash of tobasco to kick it up, or a dash of Garlic Salt before cooking for an extra dash of flavor.
Add 16 oz chopped stew meat for a heartier family style version.


Directions

Slow cook all ingredients for 8-9 hours.
