Ingredients

    16 oz Fat free Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup Granulated Sugar or 1/2 cup splenda
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) or egg whites
    1/2 cup canned Pumkin
    1/3 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1/3 up lo fat Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon
    1/2 Cup non fat Cool Whip

Tips

If divided into 12 slices each slice is 2points plus


Directions

Pre Heat oven at 325 degrees F
-Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla
-blend in egg - do not beat
-remove 1 cup batter and stir in canned pumkin and pumkin pie spice
-spray 9 " pie pan with cooking spray and sprinkle in graham crumbs
-pour in remaining batter into pan then top with the pumkin batter
-Bake at 325 degree F for 40 minutes or until centre is set
-refrigerate for 3 hours (I have not always done this)
-put small amount of cool whip on each slice when serving

Serving Size: one 9inch pie pan can be served in 8 or 12 slices
