Ingredients

    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Vegetable bouillon, 3 cubes
    Cabbage, napa, 2 cup chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 cup, sliced thin
    Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia) - sliced into thin strips
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves - minced
    Snow Peas, fresh, 2 cup
    Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp chopped
    Scallions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped

Directions

Put all ingredients up to soy sauce in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add snow peas and scallions and simmer another 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in cilantro. Serve.
