Ingredients

    Couscous roasted garlic and olive oil flavor- or plain
    1/3 to 1/2 cup of raisins
    1/8 c. Pignolia/pine nuts
    half red bell pepper finely chopped
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 c. chickpeas

Directions

make couscous per package directions and add cinnamon and nutmeg to water at same time as flavor packet before putting in couscous- add other ingedients- mix and serve as side salad at room temp
