Ingredients

    28 ounces beef Polska Kielbasa gluten free (2 packages) sliced in bite sized pieces
    28 ounces canned tomatoes
    4 ounces canned mushrooms
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 zucchini, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon onion powder

Tips

Ginny made her recipe barbecue style but I like Italian better so made changes. Which is better? You decide.


Directions

In slow cooker, layer sausage and veggies.

Combine tomatoes, onion powder and garlic.

Pour over sausage. Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours. Stir before serving.

    Was very good! I didn't have enough sausage so I added ground beef. Did it with Italian spices. - 1/31/15
