Ingredients

    Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal 2 Tbsp
    Tre Stelle Ricotta Cheese, 70 grams
    Naturegg simply egg whites, 125 gram
    LeanFit Whey Protein Shake, 15 grams
    Spelt bran, 20 grams
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt
    Sweetner
    Vanilla extract
    Water as needed

Directions

mix all ingredients until smooth, adjust water for proper crepe batter consistency.
using a little bit of oil in heated pan, and use about 3-4 large tbsp of batter per crepe. Spread as large as possible. flip. keep warm, and enjoy when all done:)
