A hearty and tasty chili. A hearty and tasty chili.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    32 oz centercut pork tenderloin, cubed
    2-16 oz cans Great Northern beans, drained
    16 oz Garbanzo beans, drained
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup white wine
    6 cups fat free chicken broth
    3-4 cloves chopped garlic
    1 cup chopped onions
    cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.
Add cubed pork and brown slightly.
Deglaze pan with wine then stir in seasonings to taste.
Add chicken broth, garbanzo beans and one can of northern beans.
Stir and bring to a boil.
Mash reserved northern beans with a fork and add into pot, bring back to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Serve.
Optional serving- top with grated low fat cheese and reduced fat sour cream.
