Ingredients

    Lamb bone/shank
    75 grams of beef per person
    swede
    1 large potato per person
    celery, 1/4 stalk per person
    half a parsnip per person
    split peas
    1 medium to large potato per person
    fresh corn pieces, 1/4 cup per person
    chives/herbs
    salt to taste

Tips

could serve with fresh hot gluten free bread. Add more veg/herbs if desired.


Directions

In a slow cooker place the cubed beef, lamb bone, swede, celery, split peas and parsnip. cover with water and put on slow cook. About two hours before serving, put in cubed potato, corn and herbs and salt to taste.
