Radicchio, 2 heads, quartered
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon
Grill temps vary; you want the grill at a high enough temp to tenderize the inside of the head and basically stir-fry the outside. Great as a salad with fresh or grilled peaches or plums, or fresh spinach. Not recommended to pair with grapefruit sections.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil.
Grill over medium-high heat on each cut side until outer leaves are starting to blacken. The inside should be hot and tender, the outside crispy and delicious.
To serve, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
