That tastes great!!

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1kg Pumpkin
    2 Cups chopped onion
    50g stock (veg or chicken/beef)
    750ml Water

Tips

This recipe can be easily frozen!!
Also, other things may be added however this will alter the nutrition guide.


Directions

1. Preheat oven too 200 degrees (fan forced)
2. Chop pumpkin and remove skin.
3. Place pumpkin in oven untill slightly roasted
4. meanwhile chop onion
5. Mix stock with water in a large pot
6. Place pot on stove and heat untill boiling
7. Add onion
8. Remove pumpkin from oven and place in pot.
9. Cook over medium heat for 30 - 40 mins
10. Blend with stick blender or mash
Serve as is, or with bread.
