Ingredients

    1 6oz can Lite tuna in water
    60 g spring mix greens
    2 0z carrots
    2 0z broccoli
    1/4 c celery
    1/4 c cucumber
    1/2 c organic grape tomatoes
    1.3 oz shitaki mushrooms
    41 g sweet baby peppers
    1/4 c thawed peas
    1/4 c raspberry walnut dressing
    1/8 c roasted red pepper dressing

Tips

Add all ingredients in one bowl, then toss in bigger bowl to coat all veggies.
