Ingredients

    12 oz. macaroni or pasta
    1.5 c. red or other sweet pepper, diced
    1 large cucumber, with peel, cut in half or quarters and sliced
    .5 can black olives (3 oz.), sliced
    1 bunch green onions, sliced
    2 oz. turkey pepperoni, cut in quarters
    16 T. Kraft Zesty Italian Free Dressing

Tips

Add more veggies (like cherry tomatoes) halved without adding much calories.


Directions

Cook rotini, chop or slice vegies and pepperoni. Drain rotini and run cold water over. Drain again well. In bowl, toss all ingredients with 8 T. dressing. Chill several hours. Just before serving add remaining dressing or to taste.
