Ingredients

    Mix together:
    1 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup flour
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup chopped cranberries
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 egg

Tips

May need to add water if the mix is too thick.


Directions

Bake at 350 degrees.
