Ingredients

    8 onces Tinkyada Fettuccine Pasta
    1/2 tsp salt, divided
    1 TBS olive oil
    6 garlic cloves
    1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
    3 onces cream cheese
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Cook pasta according to package with 1/4 teaspoon salt until noodles are almost el dente. Reserve 1 1/3 cups pasta cooking water when draining.

Heat a large skillet over med-low heat and add olive oil to the pan to coat.

Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in remaining salt and tomatoes, and cook for 3 minutes.

Stir in reserved pasta water, and bring to boil.

Add cream cheese, pasta, and red pepper flakes and cook until pasta is el dente, tossing to coat.

Divide into 5 bowls, and add basil leaves and parmesan cheese to each bowl.
