Ingredients

    Flour, white, 3 cup
    *Shortening, Crisco, 23 tbsp (1.5 cups)
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Water
    Tsp Salt
    Friuit filling of your choice - this recipe was an apple pie made with fresh gala apples

Directions

Combine flour, salt and crisco until the mixture looks like sand.
Add in egg white and 5 tablespoons of ice water (1 table spoon at a time - you may not need all 5) and in your tablespoon of WHITE winegar last.

Combine and seperate into 3 balls of dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in a ziplock baggie and freeze until you need it.
This will make a top and bottom pie crust

Serving Size: 8-10 slices of Pie
