Ingredients

    Fresh Kale roughly chopped: About half a cup
    Nonfat Marionberry yogurt: 6 oz
    Ground Cardamom: 1/2 tsp
    Ground Nutmeg: 1/2 tsp
    Unsweetened Soymilk: 1/4 cup

Tips

*It's easiest to get the smoothie mix out of the blender or magic bullet if you use a rubber spatula.

*Measure carefully or smoothie might be gritty. Also wash kale to make sure it is free of particles.


Directions

1) Gather your ingredients
2) Add them to your blender or magic bullet making sure to measure carefully
3) Blend until kale is in small pieces in the smoothie
4) Dump into a favorite glass
5) Enjoy
