Introduction

Delicious treat muffins that stay moist for days. Delicious treat muffins that stay moist for days.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Muffins:
    1/3 C soft magarine
    1 C sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 C flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 C 1% milk
    1/2 C plain, non-fat yogurt
    1 C fresh blueberries

    Topping:
    1/3 C soft margarine
    1/3 C flour
    1/3 C brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream first 4 ingredients. In seperate bowl, sift flour and baking powder togehter. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk and sour cream. Fold in blueberries. Spoon ito greased muffin tin and sprinkle with crumb topping.

Serving Size: Makes 12 regular sized muffins.
