    brown rice
    garbanzo beans
    tahini
    maple syrup
    canned corn
    garlic salt
    ground black pepper

Tips

You don't want to make the burgers too dry, so they should appear a little wet when you first put them in the oven.

Directions

Next add the flour one spoon at a time for a good consistency. Scoop into balls and flatten. Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temp to 350. Continue to bake until done.
