Ingredients

These are called crab fries because of the Old Bay seasoning, which is often used on crab. I had a much unhealthier version of these fries in Philadelphia.

The paprika gives the fries a nice color after they are cooked.
Season to your taste, this is just how I prefer my fries:

    Potato, raw, 3 large
Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp )
    Parmesan Cheese 3 Tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    Basil, .5 tsp.
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Old Bay Seasoning 1 tsp.
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

    =

Directions

Preheat oven to 450

Scrub potatoes well

Cut into thin "Fast food" fry size

Mix all dry ingredients

Mix with potatoes to coat

Drizzle with olive oil, mix to coat

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or cover with parchment paper. Cook for 35 minutes (checking often as ovens vary) or until golden brown and crispy.
