Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 T Tahini
    1 15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained - reserve liquid
    3 cloves garlic
    1 T sea salt
    2 T ground cumin
    Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil (about 20 pre-cut julienne pieces)

Tips

Store refrigerated in airtight container for up to 1 week, if it lasts that long =) Serve with chips or veggies.


Directions

In food processor, place garlic, salt, cumin, and tomatoes. Process until fairly smooth. Add tahini & process 15 seconds. Add drained chickpeas & process, adding reserved liquid as needed (1/4 cup at a time with machine running) until desired consistency has been reached.
