Ingredients

    Oats, .5 cup
    Cantaloupe, .5 cup, diced
    Optimum Whey protein Caramel Toffee Fudge, 1 serving
    egg white, fresh, 5 large
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    *Stevia, SweetLeaf Stevia Plus Fiber (FOS=475 mg) 1/2 packet, 1 serving

Directions

mix all ingredients in medium size bowl and pour into mini brownie pan, bake at 350 for 15 minutes, enjoy!!

Sprinkle Stevia to taste!!
