Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 tsp
    Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped

    Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (1 Medium Can)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup (2 Cans)
    Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup (1 Can)
    Beans, great northern, 1.75 cup (1 Can)
    Chili powder, 3 tbsp
    Water (1 Can)

Tips

Makes 6 one cup servings


Directions

Saute Onions, Green Pepper, & Garlic in Olive oil until green pepper is almost tender.
Add the rest of the ingredients along with 1 can of water.
Simmer until cooked down to desired thickness.
