Ingredients

    1c. shredded carrot
    1c. diced celery
    1 c. diced broccoli
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper with a wisk. Pour over vegetables and parsley. Mix and refrigerate.
