    Balsamic vinegar
    Hemp seeds
    Pepper

Directions

Dice avocado, tomato and cucumber and toss with hemp seeds, vinegar and black pepper. Serve immediately.

  • Added balsamic vinegar & a bit of red salad onion. Didn't have hemp seeds. Served with leaf lettuce & some Barilla Pasta Plus bow ties. Salt & pepper to taste. Really easy on a hot day! - 6/5/16
