Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 medium whole apples (Gala, Granny Smith, MacIntosh - you pick!)
1/2 cup dry Steel Cut Oats (I use McCann's)
    1 cup Vanilla Soymilk
    1 cup 2% Milk
    1 cup water
    1 T Ground Cinnamon

Tips

For additional variety, add almonds or pecans or raisins (no included in nutritional info). I've made this in both a rice cooker and a slow cooker. So easy! You can also prepare the apples and all other ingredients the night before, combine them together and refridgerate until you cook them the next day.

Directions

Core and peel apples and cut into 1/4-inch slices or chunks (your preference). Discard peelings and cores.

Place apples and all other ingredients in your rice cooker and cook for 20-30 mins on high heat, stirring occasionally. Divide into two servings and enjoy!
