Introduction

Great on sandwiches, or just as a quick fix when needing full flavour hit. If you want a true dip rather than a sandwich spread, pulverise it in the blender and add more mayo or oil. Ingredients

    Tuna Chunks in Spring Water - 180grams
    Mayonnaise, Praise, 97% Fat Free (Aus), 40 grams
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Shallots, 4 grams
    Dill weed, fresh, 2 sprigs
    Parsley, 2 sprigs

Tips

I ike to add a bit of cracked pepper. Semidried tomatoes add even more flavour. I put on toasted bagel as open sandwiches, or add cottage cheese, sliced mushrooms and cheese on top and make a tuna melt in the griller.


Directions

Squeeze excess water from tuna and mix in bowl with all other ingredients.
