Ingredients

    1 bag (1 lb, 4 oz) of Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
    5 c. Egg Beaters (2 of the small cartons OR 1 of the large carton)
    1 bag (9.6 oz) Jimmy Dean Hearty Sausage Crumbles Turkey
    1 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1 bag (2.5 oz) real bacon pieces
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray; make sure you go up the sides as well. Press the hashbrowns into the bottom of the dish. Cover with 1 cup of the Egg Beaters. Sprinkle the sausage crumbles on evenly. Cover with the remaining Egg Beaters. Layer on the cheese and then sprinkle the bacon pieces on top.

Cook for 30 minutes or until a knife pushed into the center comes out clean of eggs.
