Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 piece of fruit (pear or banana works well)
    1/2 cucumber peeled
    Couple handfuls romaine
    Couple handfuls kale
    1 Tbsp hemp protein powder
    1 Tbsp cocoa powder
    1 Tbsp nut butter (I make my own using mixed nuts, but PB or almond butter both work well)
    Splash of vanilla extract
    Dash of cinnamon
    Few packets of stevia
    Couple splashes of water

Tips

If you want to do half a piece of fresh fruit and a handul of frozen fruit, add the frozen fruit last.

If you don't have a Blendtec or Vitamix, you'll probably need to blend a few ingredients at a time.

If you don't love eating greens for breakfast, start with a little less greens and a little more fruit.

Add additional liquid if you don't want to eat your smoothie with a spoon.


Directions

Throw everything in your Blendtec in the order listed and press the whole juice or smoothie button (use whole juice if including a whole pear with seeds).
