Introduction

My kids and I love Ice Cream so I've been experimenting with healthier options that makes everyone happy and this one was a hit. My kids and I love Ice Cream so I've been experimenting with healthier options that makes everyone happy and this one was a hit.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 small-medium bananas Frozen
    2 cups Almond Milk (or whatever milk you'd like)
    2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
    2 tablespoons Honey (or more to taste is you like it really sweet)
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tips

I recommend a really good blender, I have a Ninja Blender.


Directions

First things you want to do is freeze the bananas, I did this the night before. When your ready just take the Bananas out of the freezer, break them up and throw them in the blender, next add your milk, I say about 2 cups you want enough milk to cover the bananas, then add the cocoa powder, honey and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Then serve and enjoy =)
