Ingredients

Red Leaf Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, torn
Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced
Carrots, raw, 1 strip, large (3" long)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    Mangos, 35 grams
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
Tuna canned in water, 5 oz
Newmans Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing, 1 tbsp

Tips

If your veggies are prepped ahead of time, this takes just a few minutes to make, I like to keep mine in containers in the fridge.
Elaine Bennis would LOVE my salad for real.

Directions

Tear lettuce into a big bowl, top with cut veggies and mango or other fruit bits, toss lightly, cut and add egg and tuna and top with that paleo friendly dressing, yummy!
