Ingredients

    half a serving of a bagel is half a bagel

Tips

Defrost the fruit in the refrigerator the day before. I measure 1 c. servings into sandwich bags and put them back into the freezer to save time at night prepping for the next day.


Directions

Place defrosted fruit into the bowl. Pour the yogurt over the fruit. Toast the bagel and put over the yogurt. Best served while the bagel is warm.
