Family favorite without gluten! Family favorite without gluten!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    bob's red mill all purpose baking "flour" (gluten free)
    large eggs
    olive oil
    half and half creme (can use 1% milk)
    water

Directions

mix wet ingredients together,
blend into dry ingredient mixing well!
Pour onto non-stick skillet pre-warmed to med-high heat.
when top of crepe loses the shine (dry looking) flip over
cook 2nd side.

Serving Size: makes 6 12" crepes
