Introduction

This is a protein shake great for after those long, hard workouts. The fat content may look high, but coconut oil actually speeds up your metabolism and works wonders. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. unrefined coconut oil
    1/2 small banana
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    4 packets Splenda
    5 large ice cubes

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend to your desired consistency. (I like my shakes a little thicker)


If you'd like less calories, only use 1/2 tbsp. of the coconut oil.



To me, this tastes a lot like a Pina Colada.
