    elbow macaroni
    kraft cracker med light cheese
    skim milk
    pc blue menu diced tomatoes


cook macaroni & drain, shred cheese
melt margarine in small saucepan
add 1 tbsp flour whipping in then add milk slowly
do not boil add 1 oz cheese whip until creamy
drain tomatoes
mix macaroni & creamy mixture
spray casserole dish with pam
place 1/2 of mac & sauce in casserole dish
spread 1/2 of remaining cheese over mixture
add remainder of mac & cheese mixture
top with remaining cheese.
salt and pepper to taste
bake @ 375degrees C for 45 minutes

    It might be helpful if the measurements for the ingredients were given. This sounds yummy, but more than likely I will not make it. - 4/3/08

    look in the ingredients details to thr right of the recipe.
    it is yummy I find it hard to keep to the serving size so, I portion it all up before I eat and serve it with a side salad or broccoli and cauliflower.
