    Approx. 1 lb of steak
    1 bunch broccoli florets
    1 c. carrot matchsticks
    4c. zucchini
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    2-3 Tbs. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbs. olive oil


Heat oil in skillet. Brown both sides of steak, approx. 2-3 minutes on both sides. Let cool. Cut into strips.
Finish browning up strips in the same skillet if necessary. Add the zucchini, broccoli and carrots. Add sesame oil, ginger, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Stir fry all ingredients until warm and fully coated with sauces.
Serve over rice (not included in nutrition info).
Makes approx. 4 - 1 c. servings
