Introduction

Ingredients

    Slaw:
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Basil, 4 tbsp
    Raisins, 3 small box (1.5 oz)
    Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium, chopped

    Dressing:
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
    Bragg Amino Acids, 1 tsp
    A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste, 1 tsp
    Peanut Butter Powder, 2 tbsp
    Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp

Directions

Grate cabbage in food processor. Finely chop red bell pepper and onion. Either use tiny leaved Greek Basil, or finely chop regular sweet basil. Toss together.

Dissolve the Thai pepper paste in a bit of hot water, then whisk in the remaining dressing ingredients. Drizzle over the cabbage mixture. Toss well. Serve.
