Introduction

This is just SO yummy on even a hot day! This is just SO yummy on even a hot day!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    small onion, diced
    half head of cabbage, chopped
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 1/2 tomato cans of water
    4 or 5 beef bullion cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes



Tips

You can omit the red pepper flakes if you don't like it spicy.


Directions

Brown the ground beef, garlic and onion.
Add to the remaining ingredients and cook for 1 hour.

Serving Size: Make 16 approximately 1 cup servings
