Introduction

Ingredients

    1 slice french bread (35-45g approx)
    1 large egg
    a dash of salt
    a dash of pepper
    a dash of mint
    a dash of crushed red chilli pepper
    1 tsp butter

Tips

Add a slice of cheese on top after the last flip to add some more flavor. Some chopped green onion also goes great with the spices.


Directions

Use the rim of a small cup to cut a circle of bread out of the center of the slice of bread. Heat the butter in a small pan, and place the bread, and circle in the pan. Crack an egg in the hole of the bread, and add spices over top. Cook on each side till the yolk reaches your desired hardness, and then serve hot.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Hole in One.
