Ingredients

    4 cups potato, boiled, cooled and chopped
    4 hard boiled eggs cooled and chopped
    2.5 cups of celery chopped
    1 cup radish chopped
    .5 cups green onion chopped
    .5 cup of Miracle Whip

Directions

Cook peeled potatoes. Cool and chop. Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and chop. Chop other vegetable ingredients and mix all the vegetables together. Mix gently with the salad dressing. Refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes 8 3/4 cup servings
