Ingredients

    100g Blueberries, fresh, 100 grams
    1x Avacado, sm - med (or 1/2 large)
    1x sm Banana, fresh
    250ml Apple,lime & Mango Juice 250ml,
    100ml Cherry Juice - optional (Tart 100% pure juice or sweet)

Tips

I often have the whole thing to myself instead of lunch- the avacado makes it amazingly nutritious and has so many health benefits - you may be tempted to remove it but it's an amazingly healthy addition!


Directions

Put it all in a blender and whhhizzzzz

make sure you wash all your unpeelable fruit!
